Men's Locker Room Assistant Manager

ORCHARD LAKE COUNTRY CLUB MEN’S LOCKER ROOM ASSISTANT MANAGER The Men’s Locker Room Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Locker Room Manager in the execution of all daily service elements of the men’s locker room. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or customer service with a demonstrated track record of providing proactive, professional, personalized service. This is a key staff position contributing to the daily member and guest experience at Orchard Lake Country Club, with success and compensation driven by the level of professional, friendly engagement with the members and the organized and consistent presentation of the locker room amenities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain an engaging, professional, and service-focused daily atmosphere in the men’s locker room, catering to both our members and their guests. Complete daily cleaning, shining, and detail services for golf shoes, casual shoes, and dress shoes. Ensure the full locker room facility is thoroughly clean, fully stocked, and professionally presented at all times. Provide food and beverage service and accurate and timely billing of food and beverage charges using Jonas computer software. Report and assist with any maintenance issues or needs in a timely fashion. Facilitate regular laundry processes in conjunction with our vendor partner. Coordinate with the golf, racquet, and fitness staff to execute the locker room components of special events. Execute the periodic delivery of beverages on the golf course as needed. Complete seasonal and periodic locker room projects as needed. Assist in supervising the locker room support staff as needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Basic computer knowledge, with training provided for specific programs. Golf knowledge preferred but not required. Ability to lift over 20 pounds regularly. Must be 21 years of age COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Cash gratuities based on service. Annual performance bonus. Staff uniform. Meals while on duty.
