The Club features an 18 hole Golf Course, 3 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Swimming Pool Complex, Golf Teaching Facilities and multiple dining outlets About the Role Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club is currently seeking a Men's Locker Room Manager to join our team. The Locker Room Supervisor manages all aspects of the men’s locker room by maintaining high service standards, and ensuring all facilities are kept in excellent condition as well as supervise attendants. A key part of this role includes providing professional shoe care and shining services, reflecting Eagle Oaks tradition of excellence and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all service and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy. Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the locker room, restrooms, showers, and lounge areas. Provide expert shoe care, including cleaning, polishing, shining, conditioning, and minor repairs. Manage towel and laundry services, including collection, washing, drying, folding, and restocking. Maintain and restock all locker room amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and supplies. Assist members with locker assignments, nameplates, and personal storage needs. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Ensure compliance with Club standards for safety, cleanliness, and member service. Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with management for resolution. Train new attendants and support staff to uphold the Club’s standards of service and appearance. Supervise locker room attendants Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications: Prior experience in hospitality, luxury clubs, or high-end service environments required. Professional shoe shining and shoe care experience required. Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and service. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and shoe care.
