By accessing or using GolfHires, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
GolfHires provides a job board and hiring tools for the golf industry. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant GolfHires a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing our services.
Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Scraping or automated data collection without permission
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Interfering with the platform's operation or security
Limitation of Liability
GolfHires is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to hiring decisions made based on information found here.
