SCHEDULE: Full-Time or Seasonal (afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-focused Men’s Locker Room Attendants to support daily locker room and lounge operations.
This role is responsible for delivering attentive, personalized service to Members and guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Working closely with the Men’s Locker Room Manager, this is a hands-on hospitality role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming, polished, and consistent Member experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

As a Locker Room Attendant, you are a key part of the Member experience and daily Club operations.
The Essentials (Core Responsibilities) • Provide a welcoming, professional presence in the locker room and lounge areas
Assist Members with locker room services including shoe care, locker setup, and personal requestsMaintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and lounge areasEnsure towels, toiletries, and amenities are consistently stocked and availableSupport laundry operations including collection, organization, and distributionAssist with food and beverage service in the locker room lounge as neededMaintain cleanliness and presentation of Member-facing spaces at all timesCommunicate Member needs and requests to the Locker Room ManagerSupport daily setup and breakdown of locker room and lounge operations The Expectations (Performance & Professional Standards) • Deliver consistent, high-level hospitality with every Member interactionMaintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all timesDemonstrate strong attention to detail in cleanliness and presentationBe proactive in anticipating and responding to Member needsMaintain a polished appearance and positive attitudeWork collaboratively with the Locker Room Manager and teamAdapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentFollow all Club policies, procedures, and service standards The Standards (Qualifications & Professional Conduct) Education & ExperienceMust be at least 18 years of agePrevious hospitality, service, or locker room experience preferred
