About the Role

About this role: The USGA's Championship Administration team is responsible for the in-house preparation and administration of USGA championships, including entries, exemptions, qualifying and equipment. The Assistant Director, Championship Administration will manage the in-house administration of the U.S. Senior Women's Open Championship and U.S. Adaptive Open Championship, which includes entries, exemptions, and qualifying. This position will build strategic relationships with Allied Golf Associations conducting qualifying. This teammate will also support the key Championship Administration functions including the Qualifying Modernization project, Exemption Events, and Championship equipment. This position will also assist in the conduct of other USGA championships and special projects as assigned and needed. Level : Assistant Director Job Location : Liberty Corner, NJ Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000 The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 . This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and relevant certifications.
