About the Role
About this role:
The USGA's Championship Administration team is responsible for the in-house preparation and administration of USGA championships, including entries, exemptions, qualifying, customer service and equipment. The Assistant Manager, Championship Administration will have primary oversight of the following:
- Fulfillment of departmental customer service objectives
- Successful administration of the U.S. Women's Amateur Four-Ball Championship
- AGA qualifying site submission and qualifying reimbursements
- Administration of the Executive Committee Ambassador Program
- Golden ticket ordering and execution for those advancing to USGA Championships
- Verification of Amateur Status for USGA qualifying and Championship applicants
Where you'll be:
This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are required to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory in-office community days. Employees can choose between Monday or Thursday as their third in-office day.

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $63,000 . This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and relevant certifications. In addition to your base compensation, the USGA provides competitive benefit offerings for all full-time employees.
