Assistant Dining Manager
Butler Country Club is dedicated to providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. The Property
Butler Country Club is a private, member-owned club with 500 + memberships with operational hours from mid-March through December. Founded in 1908, the Butler Country Club is a traditional country club that offers a full range of amenities, including an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, driving range, tennis courts, pool, fine & casual dining, and a full calendar of events.
Qualifications
Professional and customer-focused demeanor
Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Consistently maintains high service standards under pressure
Basic computer proficiency required, including Excel and Canva
Experience in multicourse fine dining and bartending is preferred
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 years of age or older
Primary Responsibilities
Train, coach, and support dining and banquet staff to ensure exceptional service
Serve as the primary point of contact for banquet events
Demonstrate and uphold proper serving and clearing techniques
Maintain strong knowledge of club offerings, including bar service and menu items
Review party sheets and fully understand event details and expectations
Oversee event setup, preparation, and breakdown with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage inventory and organization of event linens
Send a daily email update to the management team
Perform additional duties as assigned
Compensation
$45,000 per year- Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
