Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Responsibilities: -- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including menu items and specials, to meet quality and presentation standards. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and service. - Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, providing exceptional customer service and supporting a positive dining experience. - Participate in food production and service management, including setting up stations and coordinating food service. - Stay up-to-date with menu updates, new recipes, and kitchen procedures. Qualifications: - Experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a line cook position. - Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. - Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail. - Familiarity with inventory management and ordering procedures. - Certification in food safety and sanitation, or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe. - Assist with Catering Events - Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
