The Food and Beverage Manager role at St. Petersburg Country Club represents an exciting opportunity to lead the club’s culinary and beverage services. The position requires a professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in either country club management or hospitality management, with an emphasis on food and beverage operations and banquet management. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage activities, including a la carte service, banquet events, club functions, and poolside tiki hut operations. Acting as Manager on Duty during certain times, this person will provide leadership and oversight to ensure members receive exceptional dining experiences.
The Food and Beverage Manager works closely with the Executive Chef, delivering operational excellence through strategic planning, staff management, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include establishing and enforcing operational policies, recruiting, training, and managing food and beverage staff activities, and ensuring compliance with purchasing protocols established by Troon Golf Procurement. The manager will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain seamless club operations.
