Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen at Club Dining (Nights/Weekends)

Compass Pointe Golf Club, part of Heritage Golf Group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary team for a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to support daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation for members and guests.

You will lead and develop kitchen staff, supervise during busy dining periods, and help maintain sanitation, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen.
