Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
Ensure that all food preparation meets safety and quality standards.
Assist in food handling and preparation as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive dining experiences.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Previous experience in grocery stores or food preparation environments is beneficial but not required.
