Bartender/Server Casual Golf Pub establishment

Job Summary Join our vibrant casual golf pub as a dynamic and energetic Bartender/Server! In this role, you will be the heart of our hospitality team, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly crafting and serving beverages and food in a lively, welcoming environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Manage cash handling, billing, and POS transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all serving areas, including bar and dining spaces Assist with food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles within a restaurant or bar environment is highly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through strong time management skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable Knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, craft beer trends, and brewing processes is a plus Familiarity with fine dining service standards and food safety regulations Retail math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are essential Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Join us to be part of an energetic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality!
