Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on golf course machinery such as mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles. Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulic components, and mechanical parts using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct diesel engine repairs and maintain heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other specialized tools to execute repairs efficiently. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and repair procedures for accountability and future reference. Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Collaborate with Team Members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all repair activities. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair or equipment maintenance. Knowledge of schematics, electrical systems, diesel engines, and heavy machinery repair techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with Team Members and support staff. Experience in vehicle maintenance or generator repair is advantageous. A proactive attitude with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
