Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment to maintain fairways, greens, tees, and roughs Assist with irrigation system management to ensure optimal watering schedules and repairs Conduct routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating turf areas Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control Support horticulture efforts by caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plantings around the course Maintain course aesthetics through debris removal, bunker raking, and general cleaning of pathways and water features Collaborate with team members to execute daily maintenance schedules efficiently and uphold safety standards Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or turf management preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic landscaping techniques is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a passion for outdoor aesthetics and environmental stewardship Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance responsibilities Basic understanding of horticulture principles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Join us in delivering an outstanding golf experience by ensuring our course remains lush, healthy, and visually stunning.
