Duties Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course through landscaping, gardening, and turf management Operate power tools and hand tools to trim, mow, edge, and shape greens, fairways, and rough areas Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Perform routine maintenance on equipment including mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools Assist with planting new grass, trees, shrubs, and other landscape features to enhance course aesthetics Conduct regular inspections of the course to identify areas needing attention or repair Support seasonal tasks such as aeration, fertilization, pest control, and soil conditioning Skills Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques Experience with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently Familiarity with gardening practices and horticulture principles for healthy plant growth Strong understanding of landscaping principles to improve course aesthetics and functionality Skilled in using hand tools for detailed work like pruning or planting Ability to follow safety protocols while handling equipment and chemicals This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor work and golf course aesthetics.
