Responsibilities • Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course by performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming greens, fairways, and roughs • Operate and care for irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and prevent drought stress or overwatering • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks including aeration, fertilizing, planting, and soil conditioning • Conduct regular lawn care activities like fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and pest control to promote healthy turf growth • Assist with gardening duties such as planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays to enhance course aesthetics • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency during daily operations • Support general landscaping efforts around the course perimeter and clubhouse areas to uphold high standards of visual • Experience • Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively • Skilled in using landscaping equipment for routine maintenance tasks • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to land management • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels • No experience necessary This paid position welcomes motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping, gardening, and turf management.
