Duties Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course through landscaping, gardening, and turf managementOperate power tools and hand tools to trim, mow, edge, and shape greens, fairways, and rough areasManage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as neededPerform routine maintenance on equipment including mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping toolsAssist with planting new grass, trees, shrubs, and other landscape features to enhance course aestheticsConduct regular inspections of the course to identify areas needing attention or repairSupport seasonal tasks such as aeration, fertilization, pest control, and soil conditioningSkills Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniquesExperience with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeratingAbility to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficientlyFamiliarity with gardening practices and horticulture principles for healthy plant growthStrong understanding of landscaping principles to improve course aesthetics and functionalitySkilled in using hand tools for detailed work like pruning or plantingAbility to follow safety protocols while handling equipment and chemicalsThis role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor work and golf course aesthetics.
