Assistant-In-Training

New Seabury makes it a priority to create a culture based on open communication, training and development, career advancement and working efficiently on the course so we can enjoy our time away from it.   An AIT can expect to be an integral part of the management team and to be heavily involved in all aspects of golf course management.  We operate with complete transparency and encourage all team members to immerse themselves in all agronomic and business operations.

New Seabury is a 36 hole private golf club located on Cape Cod, with the Ocean course running alongside the Nantucket Sound providing iconic views of Martha’s Vineyard on the horizon.  We are fortunate to be located in  the midst of one of the most popular summer destinations in the Northeast, which is why we aim to provide all team members with ample time off so you can stay fresh throughout the season and enjoy the amenities of Cape Cod during your off time.
