We are seeking a motivated Assistant in Training to become part of our Golf Course Maintenance team. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in the golf course and turfgrass industry while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on a championship-caliber course.

As an Assistant in Training, you will be exposed to every aspect of golf course maintenance, including:

Turfgrass management and plant healthGolf course setup and daily presentationMowing and cultural practicesIrrigation installation, maintenance, and water managementLandscaping and ornamental careEquipment operation and maintenanceCourse renovation and improvement projectsQualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethicDesire to learn and develop new skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAvailability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededPrevious golf course or landscape experience is a plus but not requiredEmployment Type Full-time

Salary Range From $20 to $23 per hour
