Full-Time First Assistant Golf Professional Land O’ Lakes, FL We’re looking for a driven, personable, and growth-minded First Assistant Golf Professional to join our team at a busy, privately owned championship golf facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a PGA professional (or aspiring professional) who’s ready to take the next step — with hands-on involvement in teaching, merchandising, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You’ll Do: Support daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, member/guest services, and tournament execution Deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest Assist in developing and growing the instructional program, with opportunities to teach lessons and clinics Help manage and elevate the golf shop experience, including merchandising, displays, and inventory control Build relationships with members and guests to drive engagement, retention, and repeat play Assist with leagues, outings, and events from planning through execution Collaborate with leadership on promotions, programs, and overall golf operations strategy What You Bring: PGA Member or Associate (preferred) or strong desire to pursue PGA membership Passion for teaching and player development Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy working with people Merchandising awareness and an eye for presentation in the golf shop Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Why Join Us: Opportunity to grow your teaching portfolio and professional career Hands-on experience across all aspects of golf operations A dynamic, high-traffic facility with a strong community atmosphere Supportive ownership that values new ideas and initiative Competitive salary + opportunities for lesson income Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
