Round Hill Country Club is on the hunt for an Assistant Golf Professional who can do it all—run the show, teach a swing, organize a tournament, charm the members, and still have time to fix a divot or two. If you’re equal parts leader, coach, and customer service superstar, keep reading. What You’ll Be Doing on the Daily This isn’t a “stand behind the counter and look official” kind of role. This is full-throttle golf operations, it’s Fast-paced. Member-focused. Team-driven. Never boring. • Deliver next-level service to members and guests—think concierge meets caddie meets cool-under-pressure pro • Keep play fair and fun by interpreting and enforcing rules of Golf • Oversee the practice facility + outside services team (yes, you’re the captain now) • Help golfers level up through lessons, junior camps, and mentoring/coaching teams • Train and inspire the golf shop crew to be their best • Get hands-on with retail operations—demo days, inventory, merchandising magic • Assist with tournaments & outings (aka organized chaos turned into perfection) • Support handicap programs, budgeting, and planning • Jump in wherever needed—because you’re that kind of teammate
