Experience Required Qualifications • PGA Associate Level 1 or higher (required) • Minimum 1 year experience in a golf operation or related field • Strong customer service and communication skills • High attention to detail and team-first mindset • Strong interest in teaching and player development Essential Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily golf operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences • Support tournament operations, merchandising, and marketing initiatives • Supervise Outside Services staff, including scheduling and training • Operate POS systems and complete accurate transactions • Promote and sell merchandise, lessons, and player development programs • Assist with group and private instruction, including junior golf • Maintain a professional appearance and organized work environment Benefits Compensation & Benefits • Salary starting at $40,000, commensurate with experience • Health & Dental Insurance • 401(k) • Playing privileges • Staff uniforms • Golf shop discounts • PGA Education expenses negotiable • Lesson income opportunities (if applicable)
