Server/ Beverage Cart Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartenders, Servers, and Beverage Cart Attendants. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment and event settings. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at bars, restaurants, and beverage carts Take orders accurately using POS systems Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing payments and making change Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations Assist with food service during banquets, catering events, or restaurant operations as needed Restock supplies and ensure beverage carts are fully stocked for optimal guest experience Utilize sales skills to promote menu items and increase revenue opportunities Manage time effectively during busy shifts, ensuring prompt service delivery Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or service areas efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required by the venue’s schedule Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage regulations is preferred Retail math skills for sales promotion and inventory management are beneficial Join our team to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional beverage service while developing your skills in a vibrant hospitality setting.
