Responsibilities
Provide beverage & snack service to people on the Golf Course while driving our Beverage Cart. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Take accurate food and beverage orders manually and then input them into Club Caddy at the end of the shift.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols, proper food handling, and cleanliness practices in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, learning Member's names and preferences and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
Stock, restock & maintain par levels daily on the Beverage Cart.
Experience
Previous experience in alcohol & beverage service is highly preferred, especially in golf course & country club settings.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Club Caddy enhances efficiency in order processing and cash handling.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, guest relations, and food industry standards.
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking during busy shifts; basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and billing.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures ensures compliance with health standards. Adhere to all liquor laws & regulations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
