Responsibilities Deliver beverages, snacks, and light food items directly to golfers on the course with promptness and professionalism Upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the beverage cart, including food handling and bussing duties to ensure compliance with health regulations Manage inventory levels, restock supplies efficiently, and report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly Engage with guests in a friendly manner, answer questions about menu items, and promote special offers or promotions Follow all safety protocols related to food preparation, serving, and equipment operation in a fast-paced environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred; restaurant experience is highly valued Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and ability to upsell products effectively Ability to stand for extended periods, walk across outdoor terrain, and lift moderate loads regularly Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to serve multiple guests efficiently during busy periods Join us as a Beverage Cart Service Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
