As a Prep Cook, you'll work alongside our experienced Chef, learning and practicing valuable culinary skills while helping prepare fresh, high-quality dishes for our members and guests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the culinary industry or gain hands-on kitchen experience.
What You'll Do
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing food for service.
Follow prep lists and recipes created by the Chef.
Assist with preparing salads, entrées, sauces, and other menu items.
Label, stock, and organize ingredients to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas.
Properly store food and supplies while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.
