Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for menu items Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness of work stations, floors, and storage areas throughout shifts Aid in setting up catering events or banquet setups by preparing food items and organizing supplies Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations in a timely and professional manner Experience Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with basic kitchen tasks such as cleaning, food handling, or food prep is advantageous Experience working in banquet settings or large-scale catering is a plus Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety protocols within a culinary or hospitality setting is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guest satisfaction This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who want to gain hands-on experience in culinary operations.
