OVERVIEW: Job Duties & Responsibilities • Develop a strong student base by providing a safe and supportive environment for all golfers. Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to each student's needs, establishing a trusting relationship with every client. Identify strengths and weaknesses in their swing or game, work towards their lesson goals, and continuously seek growth opportunities to enhance your teaching skills. Adapt your teaching style to ensure effective learning for every student while striving to meet and exceed financial and performance metrics. • Engage in community outreach efforts by collaborating with local organizations to promote the DICK'S experience. Take part in initiatives that highlight our services—such as fitting, lessons, and specialized golf services—to create lasting relationships with golfers at any stage of their golf journey. • Work collaboratively with Certified Fitters and team members to elevate the experience for each student. This may involve interacting with fitters and golfers during fitting sessions, contributing suggestions for lesson plans, and sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance both teaching and learning. QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • 1-3 years of relevant experience • Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing • 3+ years of club-fitting knowledge through experience and/or OEM training • PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1, 2, 3, or pursuing membership through the PGA/LPGA Associate Program • Trackman Level 1 & 2 certification • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment • Passion for golf equipment and technology • Motivated to continue learning and sharing knowledge • Stays up to date with industry trends VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS: • Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews. • AI tools are not permitted during any part of the interview process. • All job offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, including ID verification. This role comes with a competitive total rewards package, which may include incentives, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, and internal equity.
