OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop a strong student base by creating safe and supportive environments for all golfers. Provide high-quality instruction tailored to individual needs, build lasting relationships with students, and act as a Trusted Advisor to guide them toward their lesson goals. Continuously seek opportunities for personal growth to enhance your teaching skills and adjust your techniques to best facilitate student learning. Aim to exceed financial and operational goals for this role.
• Engage in community outreach by collaborating with local organizations to promote the DICK'S House of Sport experience. Take the initiative to enhance our services—such as fitting, lessons, and specialized offerings—aiming to create lasting relationships with golfers at every level of their journey.
• Work closely with Certified Fitters and teammates to enrich the learning experience for each student. This involves collaborating during fittings, offering insights on lesson plans, and sharing knowledge and expertise with fellow professionals and golfers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
• 3+ years of club-fitting experience through practice or OEM training
• PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, or enrolled in the PGA/LPGA Associate Program
• Trackman Level 1 & 2 certification
• Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about golf equipment and related technologies
• Committed to lifelong learning and teaching
• Knowledgeable about current industry trends

Targeted Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $61,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that may include additional components such as incentives, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by various factors including experience, location, internal equity, and relevant business considerations.
