Responsibilities

Assist with table setup, arrangement, and breakdown to ensure seamless event flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Address guest inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times.
Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures diligently.
Skills
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of banquet operations, catering, and food service protocols.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
