Job Summary
The Dining Service Attendant is essential to delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences. Your role focuses on creating warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells for our members and guests. Collaborating with colleagues, you will ensure a seamless dining experience and contribute significantly to member satisfaction.
Reporting Structure
Reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain high service standards as per Invited's F&B training program.
• Provide timely food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Have complete knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name with a warm welcome to enhance their experience.
• Work as a team to ensure a seamless dining experience, assisting fellow employees as needed.
• Address and resolve member/guest complaints using service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• Adhere to club standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
Additional Expectations
As the club environment is dynamic, you will assist others and take on additional tasks as needed. Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence in all interactions. Follow safe working practices and encourage your team to do the same. Take initiative in personal and professional development while maintaining required certifications. Address challenges using available resources and collaborate with teams to support club operations.
About You
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage service experience.
• Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by local regulations.
• Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions.
• Able to follow instructions and convey information clearly to team members.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varied environments with potential exposure to dust and various conditions.
• Capable of climbing, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Effective communication skills, including ability to talk and hear.
Primary Tools/Equipment Used
Trays, POS System, Bottle Opener, Wine Tool.
Work Schedule
Attendance requirements align with the weekly schedule, with additional hours as needed including weekends and holidays.
