Join our inclusive team and thrive! Job Overview As a Food and Beverage Server, your mission is to deliver outstanding food and beverage service to our members and guests. You will ensure that every interaction embodies Invited's exceptional service standards, utilizing our 3-step service approach: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Your collaborative spirit and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience, maintaining high member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exemplary service aligned with the Invited F&B training program. • Efficiently serve food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring timely order execution. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu, including daily specials. • Warmly greet members by name, making them feel at home. • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall guest experience. • Handle guest complaints using effective service recovery techniques. • Complete daily assignments and side work to maintain an organized and clean work area. • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards set by the club. • Support management with additional tasks as needed. Your Qualities • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus. • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by local regulations. • Outstanding communication skills with a clear and effective speaking ability. • A commitment to teamwork and exceptional service. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods. • Adaptability to varying temperatures and environments. • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 100 lbs occasionally.
