Role Overview
The Food and Beverage Service Attendant plays a crucial role in creating extraordinary dining experiences. Your focus will be on providing warm welcomes, delightful interactions, and memorable farewells for our guests. By working collaboratively with your team, you'll help create a seamless and enjoyable dining atmosphere that enhances member satisfaction.
Reporting Structure
This position reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Service Attendant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Upholding high service standards as per Invited's F&B training program.
• Delivering timely food and beverage service to our members and guests.
• Gaining and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily specials, and features.
• Greeting members by name for an enhanced personal experience.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience while assisting colleagues as needed.
• Addressing and resolving member and guest concerns using effective service recovery techniques.
• Completing daily assignments and side work to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
• Following club standards for cleanliness and safety diligently.
• Supporting management with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous.
• Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by local regulations.
• Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Able to follow directions and clearly convey information to the team.
Physical Requirements
• Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to work in diverse environments, including potential exposure to dust and varying conditions.
• Capable of climbing, squatting, kneeling, and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Effective communication abilities, including speaking and hearing.
Tools and Equipment Used
Be familiar with trays, POS System, Bottle Openers, and Wine Tools.
Work Schedule
Be prepared for a flexible attendance schedule that aligns with weekly shifts and includes additional hours as required, especially on weekends and holidays.
