AM Line Cook / Prep Cook Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and motivated AM Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

ScheduleMorning shifts Weekends and holidays may be required Full-time ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook breakfast and/or lunch menu items according to recipes and standards Complete daily prep work including chopping, portioning, stocking, and labeling Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met Assist with inventory and restocking supplies Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Open kitchen and prepare stations for service QualificationsPrevious cooking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and time management Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs Food handler certification preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee meals or discounts (optional) Pay$16 to $20 per hour (depending on experience)
