About the Role
The Dominion Club is seeking an experienced and service-focused Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily clubhouse operations with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional member experiences across dining, clubhouse operations, aquatics, and overall facility presentation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, builds strong teams, and maintains high operational standards throughout the clubhouse.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including dining outlets, bar service, events, and member experience
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house Food & Beverage staff
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure high-quality service standards and operational execution
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, labor controls, and departmental performance
Support budgeting, expense management, and financial performance goals for clubhouse operations
Ensure clubhouse facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, organization, and member satisfaction
Oversee aquatics operations including pool staff coordination, service standards, and seasonal programming support
Address member concerns promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming club atmosphere
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable health regulations
Collaborate with club leadership to execute member events, tournaments, and special functions
Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience in private club, hospitality, restaurant, or resort operations preferred
Strong Food & Beverage management background required
Experience managing high-volume service operations and teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and member service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office preferred
