Equipment Manager

OverviewNew Holland GC is a new golf-only club in New Holland, SC. Golf playability is the priority and the Equipment Manager will be tasked with maintenance and setup of equipment for this purpose. ResponsibilitiesStartup of the Golf Maintenance Shop area and outfitting the shop operation, training of 1-2 shop technicians, inventory and organization of all tools, parts, and equipment.Upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the physical plant of the golf maintenance department.Direct oversight of the repair and maintenance budget.Day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, and setup of all equipment at the pleasure of the Golf Course Superintendent.QualificationsExperience as an assistant Equipment Manager with references or current Equipment Manager.Golf experience preferred.Familiarity with John Deere and Toro equipment; understanding of maintaining Bermudagrasses for firm/fast conditions not often found in South Carolina.
