Equipment Manager​/Mechanic

Position: Equipment Manager / Mechanic Location: Copperopolis The Golf Club at Copper Valley is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Manager/Mechanic to oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of our golf course equipment fleet. Copper Valley is an 18-hole championship facility featuring a predominantly new Toro equipment fleet, providing an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work with modern equipment in a high-quality golf course environment. The Equipment Manager/Mechanic will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of all golf course maintenance equipment, including gasoline, diesel, electric, and hydraulic systems. This individual will also play a key role in training staff on proper equipment operation and care, ensuring efficiency and longevity of the equipment fleet.3+ years experience as a golf course equipment mechanic or related fieldStrong knowledge of Toro and John Deere equipment preferredExperience with reel grinding, mower setup, and cutting unit adjustmentsAbility to troubleshoot diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulics, and electrical systemsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detailThe position will require working one weekend per month
