Do you love the game of golf and enjoy working in a fun environment? Briarwood Golf Club is currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Pro Shop Attendant to join our team!
Unlike many courses, we are open year-round, which means steady, reliable hours for you no matter the season. Whether you're checking in regulars, ringing up merchandise, or helping manage the tee sheet, you will be the welcoming face of our club. Best of all? Our employees golf for free.
What You’ll Do:
Greet golfers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Confidently and accurately operate our Point of Sale (POS) system for green fees, cart rentals, merchandise, and beverages.
Answer phone calls, book tee times, and field customer questions.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the Pro Shop.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 21 years old to apply for this position.
Tech-Savvy: You must have hands-on experience and comfort operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with our patrons.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required).
Golf Knowledge: A general understanding of golf etiquette and course operations is a huge plus!
