Pro Shop Attendant (Golf Operations & Food & Beverage)
Lake Windsor Country Club is looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our Pro Shop staff. This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying busy, and working both indoors and outdoors, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Pro Shop Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our members and guests by helping in multiple areas throughout the club, including:
Checking golfers in for tee times
Operating our point-of-sale system
Selling golf merchandise and apparel
Assisting customers with golf shop purchases
Managing golf cart rentals
Washing, organizing, and stocking range balls
Serving food and beverages
Bartending
Assisting with outings, leagues, tournaments, and special events
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clubhouse
What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
Bartending or serving experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Golf knowledge is helpful, but not required.

Compensation is based on experience, avalability, and applicable certifications (bartending/servin experience is a plus!)
