About the role
We are hiring a Lead Sous Chef at Oak Hills Golf and Country Club in Ada, OK! We are looking for a creative individual with strong leadership skills to help lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
-Proven experience as a Sous Chef in upscale restaurants or hotels.
-Strong culinary creativity in menu development, flavour combinations, and refined plating.
-Ability to lead, train, and develop the kitchen team.
-Experience in food costing, inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction.
-Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
-Ability to maintain consistent quality during busy service periods.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
