Are you an organized, energetic, and hospitality-focused professional who loves creating memorable experiences? PB Dye Golf is looking for a motivated Events & Food and Beverage Manager to oversee events, coordinate special occasions, and manage food and beverage operations at our golf course.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, planning exceptional events, and delivering outstanding customer service in a beautiful golf course setting.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

Plan, organize, and coordinate weddings, golf outings, corporate functions, banquets, private parties, and other special events. Communicate with clients to understand their needs, discuss event details, and ensure expectations are met. Coordinate event timelines, room setups, decorations, menus, staffing, and other event logistics. Conduct site tours, respond to inquiries, prepare event proposals, and assist with contracts and billing. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events. Oversee events to ensure smooth execution and a positive guest experience.

Food & Beverage Management

Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including service, staffing, inventory, and presentation. Coordinate menus and food and beverage arrangements for events and golf outings. Supervise, train, and schedule bartenders, servers, and other food and beverage staff. Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, and costs to support profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and applicable alcohol service requirements. Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Guest Relations & Operations

Build strong relationships with clients, members, guests, and vendors. Handle guest questions and resolve service concerns professionally. Collaborate with golf course management and other departments to coordinate operations. Help develop new event opportunities and increase food and beverage revenue. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional atmosphere throughout the facility.

Qualifications

Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, restaurant management, or food and beverage operations preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills and experience supervising staff. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with event management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
