Food and Beverage Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and member focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, maintaining high service and quality standards, managing daily operations, and ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, motivate, and supervise food and beverage team members. Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, hygiene, sanitation, and safety. Monitor inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships. Develop and manage departmental budgets, food and beverage costs, and labor expenses. Ensure excellent members satisfaction and promptly resolve member complaints. Prepare staff schedules, operational reports, and performance evaluations. Implement service standards, operating procedures, and cost control measures. Coordinate with the kitchen, events, and other departments. Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including supervisory or management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards, inventory management, and cost control. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver outstanding customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
