<p>The Rockwell is a premier, members-only indoor golf club that fuses the tradition of the game with the sophistication of a modern social lounge.</p>
<p>We are building a facility that features state-of-the-art simulator bays, a massive professional-grade putting green, meeting spaces, and a world-class bar and lounge area. We are seeking a <strong>Director of Golf</strong> who will serve as the operational leader of the entire facility. This is a role for a golf professional who possesses the business acumen of a General Manager. You will be the face of The Rockwell, responsible for building the culture from the ground up, managing a high-performing F&B and Golf team, and ensuring that every member feels like a VIP.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>This is a hybrid executive role. You will balance the <strong>business of golf</strong> (membership sales, P&L management, operational efficiency) with the <strong>spirit of golf</strong> (instruction, leagues, member engagement).</p>
<p>You are not sitting behind a desk. You are on the floor—greeting members by name, overseeing the transition from morning practice sessions to evening social mixers, and ensuring the facility looks premier at all times.</p>
