Since opening in 2007, this 7,000+ yard course has provided members and guests with a fun yet challenging golf experience, surrounded by natural beauty and thoughtful course design. The property also boasts top-tier practice facilities, including a 400-yard double-sided driving range, 10,000 sq. ft. of putting surfaces, chipping and bunker areas, and a short course—making it a premier destination for golf in the region.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic, highly visible, and strategic leader to serve as <strong>General Manager/Director of Golf</strong> of our premier private club. This is a career-defining opportunity for a proven golf operations executive who thrives in a culture of excellence, financial accountability, and exceptional member service.</p> <p> </p> <p>The GM/Director of Golf serves as the Club’s chief executive, setting the tone for culture, service standards, and operational performance. This leader will drive strategic initiatives, oversee all club operations, and partner closely with the Board of Directors and Hampton Golf leadership to position the Club for sustained success and continued growth.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Lead</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full operational oversight of golf, clubhouse, food &amp; beverage, facilities, and member programming</li> <li> Financial strategy, budgeting, and P&amp;L performance</li> <li> Leadership and development of a high-performing management team</li> <li>Member engagement and delivery of an exceptional private club experience</li> <li>Protection and enhancement of the Club’s assets, reputation, and long-term vision</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Background &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum <strong>5 years as a Head Golf Professional (HGP) or Director of Golf (DOG)</strong> at a private or semi-private club</li> <li>Minimum <strong>5 years of full P&amp;L responsibility</strong> for a club or golf operation generating <strong>$3+ million in annual revenue</strong></li> <li>Demonstrated success in financial stewardship, team leadership, and member satisfaction</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, financially astute operator, and culture-builder who understands the expectations of a private club environment and is energized by leading teams to deliver excellence every day.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Salary Range: $140K - $160K</strong>, commensurate with experience; plus bonus potential.</p> <p> </p> <p>Full health care benefits package, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, and paid time off.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Our Culture and Values provide Team Members with a rewarding lifestyle and work/life balance.</em></p> <p> </p> <p>If you are ready to make a lasting impact and lead a respected club into its next chapter of success, we invite you to apply.</p>
