<p>Worcester Country Club, Home of the First Ryder Cup, 1925 US Open, and 1960 US Women's Open has begun their search for the important position of Director of Outside Services. This position reports directly to the Head Professional and is an important steward of the Professional Staff and very front facing position for this hospitality minded individual. </p>
<p>This position is responsible for overseeing the daily outside golf operation and managing all aspects of the Club's 100+ robust caddie program to ensure an exceptional member experience. As the Club operates without scheduled tee times, this position manages the flow of play from the first tee, coordinates caddie training and daily assignments, works closely with golf professionals, manages outside services staff, and provides personalized service while preserving the Club's traditions and standards.<br /><br /></p>
