Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Golf Course Maintenance Technician to join our team from Friday through Monday. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our golf course and surrounding grounds. Your efforts will ensure the course remains safe, attractive, and playable by utilizing your skills in landscaping, irrigation, equipment operation, and groundskeeping. Duties Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, power tools, chainsaws, and irrigation systems to keep the course in top conditionPerform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, planting, and gardening to enhance course aestheticsManage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionalityConduct routine equipment maintenance and safety checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standardsAssist with pest control and pesticide management to protect turf health and safetySupport athletic field groundskeeping activities to maintain safe playing surfacesHandle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and manual handling of materials as needed for course upkeepRequirements Prior experience with golf course groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferredKnowledge of irrigation systems, power tool safety, and equipment maintenanceAbility to operate company vehicles and groundskeeping machinery responsiblyFamiliarity with pesticide management and safety protocolsStrong manual handling skills including heavy lifting and use of hand toolsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical staminaValid driver’s license; certification in pesticide application or related fields is a plusJoin us as a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering an outstanding golf experience!
