Restaurant Food and Beverage Server

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities • Greet seated guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Golf 365 POS system. • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. • Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. • Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions responsibly. Skills • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. • Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. • Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. • Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to sanitize work areas effectively. • Proficient in using Golf 365 POS or similar point-of-sale systems for order management. • Previous experience in food service and is preferred. • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
