About The Back Nine Golf
The Back Nine Golf is redefining the golf experience. With state-of-the-art Full Swing simulators, an on-site PGA Professional, Golf Forever Stretch Lab, and a welcoming country club atmosphere, we've created a destination where golfers, businesses, families, and friends come together year-round.
As we continue expanding across the Valley, we're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven sales professional to help grow our memberships, corporate partnerships, leagues, tournaments, and private events.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Event & Partnerships Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business and building lasting relationships throughout the Phoenix Metro and West Valley.
Your focus will include:
Selling individual, family, and corporate memberships
Securing corporate events, team-building experiences, and private functions
Developing partnerships with local businesses, hotels, real estate professionals, schools, sports organizations, and community groups
Growing league participation, tournaments, clinics, and special events
Networking within the community and representing The Back Nine Golf at local events
Creating new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who loves building relationships and thrives on performance-based rewards.
The ideal candidate has:
Experience in sales, business development, event sales, hospitality, golf, fitness, or membership sales
A strong network throughout the Phoenix Metro and West Valley
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Confidence working independently while driving measurable results
A passion for golf is a bonus—but not required
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for high performers who want unlimited earning potential.
You'll receive:

10–20% commission on corporate events, partnerships, and private bookings

No cap on earnings—the more business you generate, the more you earn
Proven performers will have the opportunity to transition into a Base Salary + Commission position as the company continues to grow.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Sales, Business Development, Membership Sales, Hospitality, Golf, or a related sales role
Reliable transportation for networking and client meetings
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Comfortable using CRM software and following up with leads

Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
