Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure exceptional course conditions. Responsibilities • Supervise and train maintenance staff • Manage irrigation, mowing, bunker care, and turf programs • Assist with project planning & execution • Monitor conditions and enforce high standards • Hands-on experience in golf course maintenance or landscape management • Knowledge of turf, irrigation, and bunker care Qualifications • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills • Proactive, assertive, detail-oriented approach • Turfgrass, horticulture, or related degree/certificate preferred Compensation and Benefits • $70,000 – $80,000 salary (based on experience) • 401(k) with employer contribution • Cellphone stipend • Paid time off & holidays How to Apply Send your references (minimum of 2) and application materials.
