Reunion Golf & Country Club is a private club located in Madison, Mississippi. Opened in 2004 and designed by Bob Cupp, Reunion is an established championship course with a strong, engaged membership and a commitment to high-quality playing conditions.

POSITION SUMMARY
This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with the Superintendent in a structured maintenance operation. The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and looking to grow into a future Superintendent role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with daily golf course maintenance and crew leadership.
Supervise and train staff to maintain high course standards.
Support agronomic programs (fertility, spraying, aeration, cultural practices).
Assist with irrigation scheduling, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Monitor course conditions and recommend improvements.
Ensure proper equipment use, maintenance, and safety.
Lead operations in the Superintendent’s absence.
TEAM & SCHEDULE
Management team includes 2 Assistant Superintendents, an Assistant-in-Training, an Equipment Manager, and an Irrigation Technician.
Rotating schedule (every 3rd weekend).
One weekday off when working a weekend.
Early morning start times are typical.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of golf course maintenance experience.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to obtain a Mississippi pesticide applicator license within one year of hire.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$55,000–$60,000+ salary (negotiable based on education and work experience).
